9. The memorandum shall –
(a) be printed both in Burmese and English;
(b) be divided into paragraphs numbered consecutively, and
(c) be signed by each subscriber (who shall add his address, nationality and description) in the presence of at least one witness who shall attest the signature.

（ア）基本定款は、ビルマ語と英語の両方によって印刷されることとする。
（イ）連続した番号を付したパラグラフに分割し、
（ウ）署名が真正であることを証明する一人以上の証人の面前で各引受人が署名しなければならない。その際、引受人の住所、国籍、職業を記載する。
