Distribution of Share Capital
30. (1) The subscribers of the memorandum of a company shall be deemed to have agreed to become members of the company, and on its registration shall be entered as members in its register of members.(2) Every other person who agrees to become a member of a company and whose name is entered in its register of members, shall be a member of the company.
第３０条
（１）基本定款上の株式引受人は、会社の社員となることに同意しているとみなされる、しかも、その登記によって会社の社員として社員名簿に加えられることとする。
（２）会社の社員となる合意をし、社員名簿にその名前が加えられた他の者はいずれも当該会社の社員とする。
