Chapter 11

Establishment of the Labour Organizations

3. Every worker, who has attained the age prescribed in respective existing law to work in any trade or activity shall have the right to:
 (a) join as a member in a labour organization and to resign from a labour organization according to their own desire;
(b) join as a member only in a labour organization formed according to the category of trade or activity relating to them.

4. In forming the various levels oflabour organization to enable to carry out the interest of the workers and employers:
 (a) (i) Basic Labour Organizations may be formed by a minimum number of 30 workers working in  the relevant trade or activity according to the category of trade or activity. If it is a trade or  activity having less than 30 workers, it may form so jointly with any other trade of the same nature;
(Ⅱ) In so forming, it shall be recommended. by not less than 10 percent of all workers of the relevant trade or activity;
 (b)Township Labour Organizations may be formed if it is recommended by not less than 10 percent of all      Basic Labour Organizations in the relevant township according to the category of trade or activity; (c)Region or State Labour Organizations may be formed if it is recommended by not less than 10 percent      of all Township Labour Organizations in the relevant Region or State according to the category of  trade or activity;
(d)Labour Federation may be formed if it is recommended by not less than 10 percent of all Region or State Labour Organizations according to the category of trade or activity;
(e)Myanmar Labour Confederation may be formed if it is recommended by not less than so percent of all     Myanmar Labour Federations according to the category of trade or activity.

大学院にてアラビア語ペルシア語を学習しているうちに日本国の在外公館で働くことができるということを知った。現在は、一般社団法人国際交流サービス協会というところが採用を引き受けているようである。

「一時外交官」として、各国の大使館に勤務するのも一生のうち一回は経験しておいてもいいんではないだろうか。わたしの場合は、在モロッコ日本大使館に勤務することになった。

当時は、まだ、ハッサン２世の統治下で、政治情勢も今よりは安定していたと思う。なにせ、ハッサン２世国王は２度の暗殺を乗り切った人物である。２度の暗殺未遂のうち、２度目は、ハッサン２世国王側近からクーデターを仕掛けられたのだった。ハッサン２世が乗ったボーイング７２７機が、自国のモロッコ空軍から砲撃されるという事件であった。

このクーデター計画実施の首謀者は、ムハンマド・ウフキィル将軍であるが、彼は、ベルベル（この呼称は一般的だが、彼ら自身は本心では望んでいないと思える、わたしの経験では、シュルーハというのが一番よかった）の出身である。非常に勇敢であったことが伝説となっている。第２次世界大戦当時はフランスのモロッコ人部隊に所属して戦った。シルバースター勲章を受けている。1947 年から 1949年までフランス軍としてベトナム戦争を戦った。その後、モロッコ王国内相、国防相を歴任し、ハサン2世の厚い信頼を得ていた側近中の側近であり、一方で、君主制の腐敗を一番に間近で感じていた人物だろう。前年、最初のスキラットのクーデターでは、体制側にあって暴動鎮圧に奔走し、その結果として、クーデターを実行した多くの親しい軍の同僚を失っていた。最初のクーデターの後、ハッサン２世国王と間にも互いに猜疑が親密を上回っていった。その彼が、1972年にハサン2世が搭乗するボーイング727の撃墜未遂事件を計画の首謀者となったのはしょうがないのあもしれない。ウフキィル将軍は処刑された。というか虐殺されたというべきか。。。

イラン人と日本人の感覚とが、よくに似てると思うことのひとつに、「外国人が自国の言葉を話すことをあまり期待していない」ということがあります。

つまり、日本人が外国人に対し、日本語を話せることを期待していないように、イラン人も相手がペルシャ語を話すことをあまり期待していないように思います。

そして、こちらが多少理解できるとわかると、おそらく、質問ぜめにあうかもしれません。

イラン人は、とにかく、好奇心旺盛な人たちです。昔から交通の要衝に位置しているので、他民族との接触が多い場所です。

交渉ごと、折衝ごとに強いし、人をもてなすのが上手です。

今は、体制が体制だけに、そう気軽に旅行に行くというわけにはいかないのかもしれませんが、仮に、７０年代、革命前に旅行していたら、どんなに楽しい旅になったのかと思います。

Talking of this time accident of Fukushima nuke plant Mr.Kenichi OHMAE said one of cause situation so worse is to weakness of 'full turn key' situation of this nuke plant.1970s in Japan electric power company didn't have enough knowledge to construct nuke plant independently so RPV,D/W and S/C is said to be made by GE ,Toshiba and TEPCO just received its manual to operate nuke plant GE made.As if Toshiba and TEPCO is given the open key to door of the new house constructed by GE.It is the 'full turn key' situation Mr.Ohmae mentioned.

Galaxy Express 999 (銀河鉄道999 Ginga Tetsudō Surī Nain) is a manga written and drawn by Leiji Matsumoto, as well as various anime films and TV series based on it. It is set in a space-faring, high-tech future in which humans have learned how to transfer their minds (but not their emotions) into mechanical bodies, thus achieving practical immortality.The manga won the Shogakukan Manga Award for shōnen in 1978.The anime series won the Animage Anime Grand Prix prize in 1981. The number, "999", in the title is pronounced "Three-Nines", as opposed to "Nine-Nine-Nine", "Nine Ninety Nine or "Nine Hundred Ninety Nine".Matsumoto was inspired to create Galaxy Express 999 by the idea of a steam train running through the stars in the novel Night on the Galactic Railroad by Kenji Miyazawa.       .......by Wikipedia
