Lock-out and Strike
included in the public utility service shall inform the starting day and period of lock-out of the
work in accord with the stipulation, at least 14 days in advance before the lock-out to the relevant township labour organization and relevant conciliation body and lock-out the work only after receiving the permission of the relevant conciliation body.
第３７条（試訳）
公共公益サービス分野において、又は、公共公益サービスを含まないサービス業において、ロックアウトを実施したいと考える使用者は、法律の規定に従って、ロックアウト開始日及びロックアウト期間について実施のすくなくとも１４日に前に、関係タウンシップ労働組織及び関係仲裁団体に通知することを要す。また、関係する仲裁団体の許可を受け取った後,ロックアウトする旨通知する。
