power knowledge/powerless knowledge

1. power knowledge that is produced by experts and scholars on the base of using skill and technical of science it is said to be rational, everybody can retest and proof along the rule of mathematics that numerical value, on the contrary ,personal intuition cant be shared among many people because it is personal and  it is said to be unscientific .science is one of style describe about phenomenon of nature but in the present it is extreme dominant.so personal intuition is disregarded.
2.  government beforehand set the evacuation point in the  policy of handling disaster situation ,according to this framework many school yards and public parks is  appointed to be safe place people must evacuate.

6. yes there was safe place by explanation from local government.and even now they can explain that place is safe in the same way,perhaps you can get many information and data which can prove the place is safe.

8. of course they can advise to decision maker ,however ,at most cases  they cant reach or take part in the process of decision making where is the best place to evacuate
9. on the other hand ,according to refugee's talk (as mentioned before),some people all survived however they didn't go to  safe place (gym elementary school) government appointed because they had intuition  that place is dangerous ,they felt that place same level height vertically from sea-level,and just go to another higher place.
10. personal intuition comes from long-term experience which is accumulated in the process of everyday, they may look access road narrow,may watch how wave come when wind blow,may look perspective as a whole,may take information from chattering with neighborhood,may smell something,may touch something,every moment is contributed to gather personal data as the base of his/her intuition.is it  powerless  knowledge ? it is one of style or manner of describing nature just like 'science'.
11. if so,why people did they claim to government at that time that place is dangerous?  Because they did not have the word or manner of scientific way and  just had a personal intuition .they can say only personal feeling they can not scientific explanation.and they think themselves intuition is subtle thing ,it had not worth saying.....the rest of that ,sound of silence.....
12. science is one of manner or style to described phenomenon of nature as well as personal intuition.in the modern age after Renaissance it is predominant.but not everything.
13. it maybe  possible to say 'scientific' explanation must be thought again or questioned again  by personal intuition.
